Inspiration for Change

This month on Twitter I’ve been sharing some really inspiration quotes about our topic for March, change.  Today I thought I would share some of my favorites with you!

“It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.” Charles Darwin

“Change your thoughts, change your life.” James Allen

“The gem cannot be polished without friction, nor man perfected without trials.” Confucius

“Change is in the law of life.  And those who look only to the past or the present are certain to miss the future.” John F. Kennedy

“If we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living.” Gail Sheehy

“They must often change, who would be constant in happiness or wisdom.” Confucius

“One key to successful leadership is continuous personal change. Personal change is a reflection of our inner growth and empowerment.” Robert E. Quinn

“Whosoever desires constant success must change his conduct with the times.” Niccolo Machiavelli

“If there is no struggle, there is no progress.” Frederick Douglass

“Life belongs to the living, and he who lives must be prepared for changes.” Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

“We all have big changes in our lives that are more or less a second chance.” Harrison Ford

“Lord, where we are wrong, make us willing to change; where we are right, make us easy to live with.” Peter Marshall

Change is often a touchy subject.  While the world and our lives are in constant change, it still isn’t always easy to deal with the changes that come our way.  Which quote touched a nerve for you?  Which one inspired you to work through the changes you’re struggling with right now?  I’d love to hear your thoughts and reactions below.
